If i remember your sels are perfect on noob so you can only take removable links from arf and put on your stock bracelet with clasp of course

YES, thats the best way. I've tried change the entire ARF bracelet, the SEL is horrible. Noob bracelet is really bad in terms of touch and feel IMO. Still considering the baby bath and ultrasonic clean on my bracelet to make it smoother and less rattling sound when moving your wrist.

3 or them are perfect. But on the top left there is a small gap. I bought a Everest Spring bar. Maybe that helps. But yeah if it doesn’t work I will just remove the removable links

No is not normal.
Your sel have a problem.

Looks like the SEL is not the correct shape. Mostly like a SEL for Datejust ...

Write to your TD, show him and ask new bracelet. Ship yours and ask another one.

I think TD wont ask him for trading, im sure that TD will ship new bracelet and you have extra links and clasp from your old bracelet

Any info to make the noob v3 bracelet less rattling sound when moving/waving your hands when wearing the watch?

Been experiencing rattling sound whenever i move my hands.

Saw reviews saying soaking it in baby oil and ultrasonic clean not sure if it will really helps?

The rattling is more likely the spring bars.

Use thicker ones, will improve sel fit too
