Gentlemen, in certain angles & lightning environments, even the GEN bezel looks a little dull/faded.
We all know the platinum is not really going to fade, but a picture in certain conditions wont capture* it. (Specially from a crappy cell phone camera....)
Take a picture of a white ceramic dish in the dark (like a kitchen dish where you eat your food).... You know its certainly white, you know its certainly not faded.... However how does the camera capture it in the dark?
I almost feel, sometimes people go on a "witch hunt" on rep forums, over things that don't really exist.
Don't get me wrong, I am fully aware the gen's platinum coating is a little more "striking/vivid", and I know NOOB's looks a little "lifeless" by comparison but that's at 10x. Let's always remember to use common sense.... White things, look dark or "faded" in no light situations.
