Hi guys,
I received my v3 daytona a few days ago in great shape from jtime! I don’t intend to wear it in water and los angeles is dry 90% of the time. Should I still take it to get water tested? Does it need to be lubricated? I want to keep it in working condition for long as possible and don’t know any good watch guys near westwood los angeles. The prices most of them charge to do simple things is alot. Like $10 per link removed or $20 flat rate to change a battery. Any suggestions or helpful advice would be appreciated.
Is it ARF V1 dial?
Counters here seem to be too thin compared to the gen and ARF V2

Not sure, but most probably it’s v1. My modder get it on my behalf.
I bought an ARF but indeed the gap was too big. Plus the difference in quality with the noob wasn't so big...
Mate,
come on. You think that putting two different pictures side by side can shows a difference smaller than mm. This is definitely not real thing.
If you take the time to study these watches, over time, the differences become easy to see.
If you take two high resolution pictures and carefully level, overlay, and then align them in Photoshop, you can compare them accurately and clearly illustrate these differences.
Or you could just take the word of Members who have compared the actual watches in person, side by side.
Having said that, I don’t think it will be easily notice when just a glance on someone’s wrist. So, wear it with confidence everyone!
All depends how familiar you are with what you're looking at. I see these dials all the time, so when I see a v1 or v3 it just looks wrong. If someone had one on their wrist standing or sitting next to me I could tell instantly. Someone wearing a v2 noob or arf there's no way I could tell without looking closely.
Mine is still on it's way but I'm considering to service it right away. Does anybody know how much a service goes for if nothing is broken/f***** up? I did some research but found numbers from 250 Euro to 500 Euro which seems odd.

arf V1 are you able to call it? To me thin counters bother me more than fat ones )))
Yes you can see the difference but at least with the arf v1 the quality of the dial and print is good. The noob dials have poor quality print and terrible sub dials (apart from v2 and early v3)
I wonder which dial is the best for the 116500 white. Noob V2.2 or ARF V2? It seems to me that the proportions of the Noob V2.2 are better than the ARF V2.
