How can you say it’s not even close? Tbh I see it as a wonderful job here by noob at reaching this level for just a little fraction of the cost. Makes me wonder how overpriced the gen is.

you have to look back two years ago..ARF is not accurate also. fat lugs, wrong and darker insert, and bad dial...they all have this..no hulk will ever be like gen..the dial and insert will always give it away...
my old noob v9..mostly gen parts.

It all depends on what flaws you can deal with .. I'm not sure if the insert numerals on the new V10 is real platinum sputter coating or not because it's hard to tell in photos .. but what I can tell you is that mr spongebob uses the REAL platinum sputter coating process on his inserts and the platnum looks 99% like Gen Especially in the sunlight. One of the biggest issues with the rep insert color besides the wrong shade of color is the fact that the numerals dont Auctally seem to shine in the sunlight due to it's only paint and not Auctal platinum.. Spongebobs insert mod looks and behaves like gen in the sunlight..definitely a must have on the VRF

this is one of my favourite watches can't wait to get me hands on this, the hulk version has by far exceeded what it was suppose to in the watch world. As a owner of some gens I would say on the wrist its very hard to tell apart some reps, if you're wearing a rep to tell people its real then get a gen but if your doing this for the love of watches little imperfections will never throw off anyone long as you're confident in the watch.
I think I’ve had every rep Hulk model back to Noob v3. While they’re undeniably better and so so close to gen, the rep insert just isn’t and hasn’t been good enough. It’s always been too dark or too unsaturated. No rep maker has touched the correct color. The gen insert is worth it. The perfect shade of green is brilliant and always noticeable over a rep.
The rep makers aren’t dumb. I don’t think the rep makers would be wise to ever hit the nail on the head. They’ll keep marketing improvements to get you to buy. If they ever get the color right, they’ll do it in small batches and change it so they can continue to sell newer Hulks. I think we saw this with the V6S. The early batches were the closest green to date then they quickly released a different, darker batch before rolling to the V7.
Just my thoughts. I’ve yet to see the perfect hulk insert, which is why I went gen.

This is the reason I sold my hulk, I had some great comparison photos of it next to gen looking very good, and I seen it next to gen in person in a certain light and still I was very happy, then one day I’m out in the sunshine and I see this guys hulk, it was bugging the shit out of me from that day on
