NOOB PAM 372 Launched - [[ QC pics ALLOWED ]]

This is the exact piece I rejected. The E is bloated.

Got my QC pics today.

I reckon the printing in "Panerai" is a little off, especially the E. (circled in red).

That is really interesting with that extra jewel, as mine from the very first noob release in 2013 doesn't have that, and just noticed on my recent purchase from PT, it has the extra jewel.

Also the pics on their website (looking at the rear of the watch), shows the jewel near the "S" in swiss made, but in their pic doesn't have the "S" partially omitted from the recess of the hole as bobby1111 and my new one just purchased... maybe this is why it's cheaper?

The Noob PAM372 is just sold at a really low price. Any adjustments to the bore hole on the plates will not change the fact that the movement is totally wrong for the watch. Good development on the dial though as the font on the original release is a bit fat compared to the gen and the Noob dial was the best dial already. So the dial improvement just raises the bar.

Yes, I can say the font is not as thick as my original Noob release, I am not fussed though of the movement, just stating what I have noticed, but in my opinion this is one of the most versatile and best rep's I like wearing... my goal is to have a gen one day :biggrin:

anyone feel the lever from noob is abit light and without the strong and tight "click" sound when you push it in?
my gen 000 has that sound and tightness

The lever snap isn't consistent among watches, even the same factory and version. It's not the end of the world and can be fixed (there is a tutorial for it).

As I said not the same as the original noob I got 3 years ago, and I can confirm the older version has to this day a nice strong and "click" sound when pushed, this new one is very light.

Reps aren't made with the same rigorous checks as the gen has, so lever snap (which is determined by the tension of the lever, measured by a force gauge) isn't consistent. Here's the video, watch it from 8:50 of this video although it's very informative so watching it in its entirety especially if you haven't watched it yet is recommended.

Hi, i have just received my QC Pic today. Any obvious flaw with this one? The hands and patina seems a little rose goldish to me. Is it just me or?
