Noob ceramic insert with platinum plating

Cant tell from these pic.my local jewellery place charges 35 pounds for this mod.your place cant of charged much more than that either.One high End jeweler in my town has manage to plate it..
He said that he used a machine that cost seven digits "x,xxx,xxx" to plate it.
I am not sure about the cost. He just took it to try and for fun.
But looks damn good

No i told you i dont have any inserts only gen at the moment. Plus if this dude can take some real pics we can see if its good or not.but it should be identical to sponge because its the same process
also if you have an insert or watch that need a mod why dont you give it a try .like i saaid its cheap nothing to lose really

I did not mention that this mod is identical to spong process.
Various coating method and various material could be applied. Rolex using platinum 950% throusholds with ruthenium. Where I think spongs used pure normal platinum"not sure".
This mod cost is subject to the material used, process, accuracy, machine type, etc.
I do not have macro camera so I can take close insert pictures But I will try.
Also Please don't send me asking for the mod. I am not into that yet.
If this mod can survive through FastPaced experiment he did on spongs insert before then I will consider put it to production.
In all ways. I would thank all modders from paint mods to plate mod for their contribution in RepGame.

My insert was done once and even the edges were perfect the color was "weak" so I sent it back again.. this is my before and after first Sponge's attempt
Now color came out nicely but there is a tiny crack under the bezel and some sloppiness in some of the numbers so he is going to give another try.. bad thing is that this is a modded Noob V7 (gen xtal, gen DW, JF dial, V6s bracelet with V7 clasp) and I got it from Xmas but has been on the road ever since (once went at Sponge's, then at Depp's for movement service and now again in TW for the insert)
God I miss it and I wonder how I hold myself and don't get a gen so long now [emoji848]

Well I guess there were more people that got bad inserts besides me. Luck of the draw I guess. Steve will make it right eventually, but for the money it should come right the first time. Back and forth, shipping costs and waiting time is not worth it (at least for me) for this kind of money.
