Noob ceramic insert with platinum plating

Im going to be offering this platinum plate mod aswell soon my local jewellery place does this. I had a chat with all the stores in london they all do it.but i found a really good price

Not sure yet still early doors.but it wont be very expensive.i want to sort a few things out and see if i can get the inserts cut like sponge does to give that slight bevel on each number.i like that and that work is probably what makes his mod so expensive i assume its time consuming? And techincal.but i can definitely platinum plate the inserts.but doing the cutout like he does not so sure yet,and that would make the price increase a bit.but i think a stock v7 insert blasted with gen platinum would still look really good even without the bevel on the numbers like he does and will be inexpensive

Yep, I don't look at my sub with a microscope, so just a good platinum color would be excellent. I am hesitating in doing it myself with a Porsche platinum silver lacker stift.

Steve is based in Taiwan, it cost me £6 to ship my bezel to him. Took about 10 days to arrive in Taiwan and similar to return after the work had been completed, which took just under 3 weeks

I'm not sure he shares his holiday plans with anyone here - I wouldn't. Just be patient - he has a life outside of platinum mods.

@ smoke, definately interested if you can offer something similar - we're basically neighbors so saves shipping around the world and back.
