I had a noob v1. One of the best reps i have handled. I was really impressed with the CG lever smoothness. i seem to remember reading somhwhere that they later ended up being delivered with a floppy loose lever. I hope this is as good as the old super ones, and I hope I can afford to buy one again soon, cuz it's a fantastic watch.

Noob 243 v2 is almost a collectible item already. If u like pam, then this is a must in ur collection.

Either there'll be improvements or not on this next release, get one while u still can. I just managed to obtain one lately and ill never let it go, not again.

Octobre 2013- As hoped for some people, Noob announced that will make another bacth in two-three months. We don't know about the new price and improvements. It is possible Noob introduces some improvements, like perfect lume and wider polished edge on bezel and some increasing in price.

I agree the prices are skyrocketing. But believe it or not, its what the maker wants to sell. If u feel its too expensive then move on. Demand/supply and monopoly (literally) in this rep industry drive the price.

question how does it wear compared to the 187 or 389 for me larger 47mm works better is it considerably smaller look wise i am very tempted to add to my collection the smallest pam I've gotten is a 45mm radiomir thanks all

The circles arent that noticeable IMO. I have a v2 L series and you have to get a loup to tell

my concern isn't really about accuracy. just that i kinda like the shiny look which the circled subdial gives as in pic below, not sure matt finish will do the same or not.

There is enough demand for more and more batches IMO. This is just the factory capitalizing on raising prices.

The story as I know it is… The reason Noob discontinued the watch was the lack of profit for them since dropping the price to compete with H factory's 243. After being told it was the end for production of this watch, it was reported on a Chinese rep forum that there would be a new batch. Angus asked Noob and they told him an individual had ordered 500. Believable story. No need for conspiracy. Is it worth an extra $60? Without a doubt. As for updates, what's really to update on it? This subdial concentric circle thing that keeps getting thrown about with each new batch of subs never seems to pan out into what's referred to as a fault. And photo angles have proven that pics don't always pick the circles up. No one knows yet for sure but I'd assume Noob just had these produced exactly the same as the v2. It's not over-priced, you're just not getting it discounted as before. If you don't have one and you like it, don't miss out on this batch or you'll be kicking yourselves. Unless Noob decide they can raise the price themselves without the wholesaler, this could well be your last chance. Hell, I think it's a miracle this batch even happened at all.
