I finally received my VRF 116710 (still waiting on the ARF :/). Here are some pics
As you can see VRF's dial is really nice compare to the real deal. On the other hand the numbers on the ceramic insert are thinner than the GEN plus the engravings aren't as deep. The bracelet isn't the best and IMO the crystal absolutely needs to be changed...
The movement feels solid!

Agree, I think a fairly cheap mix would be, VRF head, gen xtal, ARF bracelet and insert.

Im considering getting a gen dial, but VRF compared to the gen dial is pretty good right? Dial markers are also rounded!
Do you think a gen dial is a must or VRF is good? I mean, does the gen have any appreciative differences. Is it a major improvement or ir doesnt change that much compared to VRF? Like is the dial more shiny or anything special?
i know its a silly question but I want to know if ita completely worth it. (Already got full bezel assembly, crystal, dw and want hands too) so im just wanting to choose carefully

I know! but what makes the gen dial a must?
I mean.... aside from rounded and white gold markers is there anything else that makes it so evident?
does it shine more or reflects light more?
I did not see latest ARF or VRF dials in real life. But especially for black dials I made always the experience that gen black shines differently and is more glossy. And the printing on the dial is way more crisp, a little raises / 3D. Therefore dial appears to be more correct. Personally I am not a guy who spots all the details like white gold markers or rounded edges. But once I see both versions (gen and rep), gen always appear to be more perfect.
But maybe these dials are quiet good as they are and someone else can chime in
Time doesn’t exist, clocks exist.
Even lume application, VRF looks quite messy despite the nice markers.

Markers and lume will always give away a rep dial. Reps can’t compare to gen, ever. If you can go gen..go for it..if you can’t..all good. Just budget and mindset...

Nice one ! Your insert looks great and the crystal too... Have they already improved their ceramic??
Sorry - Insert is gen, and bezel assembly.
Crystal is not gen, looks good inside, but when you have natural light on it outside - there is basically no AR... So needs to be changed.
Date wheel - I could live with.
Dial, I could live with, but I would like gen hands... so... maybe even ARF hands.
