Indices look like they may have the yellow tint that has been talked about, what do you guys think? Also alignment at 35,40 and 45 looks way off and some of the others look slightly off. Or it could be angle. Appreciate any feedback.

I am presuming lighting plays a factor.
Unless there's someone with a VSF from Li that has a noticeably whiter indice, it can't be denoted that there is an issue with the lume itself.
You're right about the markers. It could also be the angle.

Tomorrow I post also my qc from Li, now I have only it in bad quality on WhatsApp. But for what I can see, I see yellow tint in a way similar to the photo above
The gen does have a yellowish tint. These look fine imho.
