I'm liking this 35-03 a lot, of course the BBR are more appealing but I'm worried about problems with the movements.

The citizen/Miyota movement in these 35-03s can’t be beat in terms of reliability and performance. You shouldn’t worry about them at all. These are solid watches that’ll last.

Oh. Yeah I had a bad experience with one but who knows. The sonic factory RMs use better built movements but they’re also pricier.

Excuse my ignorance but doesn't the gen have a moving balance wheel or am I thinking of another model? Saw this one now on intime for $388 with the major 3/9 flaw.

It does but the deco is much more "busy" and even the gen looks more like an open-heart than the other RM35s. Honestly I don't miss it like I do with the ZF35-02s and RM55s, it's pretty obvious on those ones but much less-so on the 35-03.

I've been thinking about picking up a nylon too, gotta measure the screws to see whether an off-the-shelf will fit or if I gotta go to Vic instead. They are tons and tons of fun, I love wearing them and I pretty much collect them exclusively at this point.
