He sourced the watch and plated it for me. I got 3 THB V3 Tungsten watches plated with 5 microns YG, RG and PT. u/RCFWatchMods on reddit.

did you get the watches plain and then get it plated or you get the way it is and get YG replated again?
Source them factory PVD coated. You can't plate over PVD, it has to be removed before plating. They use an acid bath to de-pate it before they apply the 18k gold plating.
Sorry to break to everyone, but xing bezel is not worth it on a CF DJ41. Zero difference in color. No gold warm hue and the flutes are much more softer than stock Clean fluted bezel. Makes a big difference when the light catches the bezel and it shimmers.
@Latarian everyone is entitled to his opinion and can express it everywhere in the forum within the limits of honesty and good manners.
I personally find it distasteful, not the fact of expressing a different opinion from the mainstream, but doing so repeatedly and then adding the recommendation of another dealer who is not a trusted dealer or vendor on RWI. And doing so in a trusted vendor's section. This makes it look very much like you have an agenda of your own.
