New release: 2019 Seamaster 300 ceramic and titanium

thediesel17 the regular SMP is 99% there. The level of execution is exactly the same, there's just the datewheel issue, number 11 is crooked. The ceramic titanium version has no date, so that makes it a bit better. If you leave your SMP at home every month on the 11th, you're safe

My top 3 would be the regular SMP, Noob V2 Omega PloProf and the GF Breitling Avenger GMT II DLC. These are the watches I found to be the most gen like, in looks and in the overall gen "feel". The ceramic titanium SMP would knock the regular SMP out, but I don't like it, therefore it made number 4.

on the regular one I didn’t really like the bezel action as well as the mentioned crooked 11, which is why I consequently sold it to someone who could appreciate it more for its overall excellent quality. so my thoughts were that I either wait a fix out or jump on the SMP 2019 ceramic train. still unsure what to do as I really like it on pictures

The strap is a bit on the stiff side, but extremely well made, the details are mind blowing, I love the buckle. And I'm between holes, like always, goddammit...

It's a pretty lightweight watch, my SS 300m feels like a rock compared to this. And don't get me started on my 600m GMT, that's a bloody brick tower.

By dull I mean that the regular Seamaster looks better with that shiny dial and the red text. This one looks...well black and white

I had it on for a minute and changed to my old 300m immediately. I still love it after 6 months.

I bought mine out of curiosity, because we have an incompetent AD and they won't order it to stock, only at a special order.

The QC pics I recieved all look good, I was just wondering about the bezel alignment near the 30 marker. I'm thinking it might be just the angle, and asked for another photo just to be sure.

What do you guys think? Bezel alignment all good or is something wrong?

My watch looked good in QC pics so I didn't notice this. When I received it, saw that the insert was off in relation to the bezel about half a click. With my OCD, I try all the time to align the pearl with the 12 marker and it will usually stay there. I don't mind so much about this really, the overall watch is fantastic. Saw this one in Heathrow airport last week and it is almost identical. Didn't hold it in hand but the rep is really light in weight. Being titanium I guess that is something good.

Maybe request some more pics with zoom-in at the 30 marker and another straight angle in horizontal view

It's the angle. There's no way the bezel is misaligned only at 30. It's almost impossible to photograph this watch in a way that all markers are aligned.

I thought the same and asked for more QC pics to make sure. However I just received news I'm getting a new piece so something must have been off.
