New PPF 5712 with PP240 Super Clone.....

I don't think the movement above is even on a 5712. Look at the placement of the rotor and escapement wheel.

It's a 240 movement

I just saw this appear on WeChat from a non-TD. The seller said this was from ZF and was available to order soon. I was looking at the movement and it looks like it’s different from the one PPF is using. The jewel for the escape wheel looks like gen.

Has the movement been updated?

edit: never mind I’m thinking of a different movement.

This is a GEN3712 movement. The version before the 5712.

Ah thank you makes sense. It did not seem to be a 5712 movement.

All sized up and ready to wear. I'm impressed with it. Particularly the working power reserve. The rotor is still noisey imo. And winds like a cheap asian movement. But ticks along nicely. I tend to agree with others that the V1 had better gradient than this. But it has been proven that the gens have different variations as well.

Power Reserve check 'On the Wrist' - 50 hours later on the wrist the whole time without winding (except showers )

PR Indicates 42hours approximately.

I honestly believe that this watch would last over 7 days without winding.

Told by my dealer that a better dial will probably be made next month, you may want to wait a while first (Always wait for v2 is probably first rule in rep for now...)

Do you mean a fresh batch of v2s with a better dial?

The comparison is very disappointing for V2, it looks like a less deep color, really very different. The moon phase disc cannot remain this in V3. Terrible
