I notice mainly the indices are a little rounder but otherwise similar to PPF V2. Appreciate your thoughts.

The color of my SW dial is basically grey with some blue, purple and green hue. Markers seems to be overbevelled but I like it. The non fluorescent color of the lume is white. The printing of my SW dial is not as strong and crisp as that of my PPF v1. I wonder what the Buff dial is like in real life because it looks better to me based on pics.

Anyone else just ordered a 5712 and is experiencing long waiting times? Ordered mine 1 month ago, the dealer said factories are afraid to ship watches right now because a lot of people got arrested and the market is strict. Is that true?

Imo it is an upgrade to the stock ppf v2, but it's not a huge upgrade. It resembles the later versions of the 5712. Mine also has a grey-blue dial. There is no purple or green hue in mine. While in the ppf V2 there is slight purple hue, mainly on pictures. The markers i agree with @grillbill are slightly overbevelled but is very nice. It gives the dial more depth to look at than the stock one. Therefore i think over all it's an upgrade. But it doesn't have the color everyone hoped for.
Maybe the buff is more blue, i can't see.
