These watches are so addicting! I purchased a 5007 RG white dial to complement my RG ardoise dial, and its Orloff strap arrived today. Happy New Years!

Ok. So I read this entire thread, that's right, all 4,289 posts, as I wanted to have good knowledge of this watch before mine arrives. For anyone else who would wish to follow in my footsteps, I'd suggest that you save a little time and just read through the comparisons done by the man, the IWC legend, @thermalboyz he pretty much sums up everything into one place

Just out of curiosity, does anyone own more than one 5007 (or 5001)? I have the RG/Ardoise and love it (ordering a Jacob strap for it), but I also like the white/blue version...and itd be more versatile (I have to go out and find a gold belt for the RG version...). I dont even have space in my boxes, probably sell my Tag Carrera to justify the new hole in my wallet.

Yes, I have both as well.

I too started with the RG/ardoise dial, and picked up a second SS/white with gold hands and numbering. It is always a challenge to choose which one to wear If you think you would wear a second 5007, you should definitely go for it.

Also, as you will soon find out, after market straps really set this watch apart. You'll love it

I have 2 at the moment : ss / ardoise and white / blue. I intend to close the trilogy with a steel case, white dial, gold numerals

Even me, i have 2, White Dial and gold's hands(never dressed, stillicidio with stikers) and white dial and blue hands; it's easy add gen dial ? More or less how much ?
