I have a 7.08" wrist and I'm used to wearing BPs and 45mm-47mm PAMs and I was concerned if 42mm may be a bit small. I find it amazing, how that 42mm dial has so much presence on your 7.25" wrist. Appreciate if you can share some additional wrist shots, if possible, along with a 44mm PAM would really help speed up my decision. Thanks in advance!

You shouldn't be finding 42mm small on your wrist, unless you just like big bulky watches. The 5007 would fit you perfectly.

Awesome pics, Evil penguin!!! Do you happen to have a side-by-side shot of a PAM 44mm and the IW500705?

These are the 45mm - 47mm watches that I'm wearing:

I took my watch off the other night and put it on the timegrapher. No good reason - just to see how it was going after a working week on the wrist. It seemed to be going pretty well, so I took pictures of the results in five positions. This is a version 1 5001 model from ZF with no decoration plates. It hasn't been serviced or even regulated since I got it early last year.

Dial down

That's not bad at all. On the wrist it gains a very small amount over a week, no more than 15 seconds, although I don't monitor this one all that closely because it just works. And because this post hasn't got a clear photo of the watch...

...here's one.

Here you go. You'll be fine with a 42mm

Hi Evil Penguin, that PAM 253 looks fab! Is that the V1 or V2 version from HFactory? I really like the PAM286 but false Rattrapante (non-functioning button) is potential a deal breaker. Do all the buttons, dials work on the PAM253? Thanks fro sharing.

Thanks man! It is from hfac, but no clue of the version. Yup, all the chronos work just like they should.

Thanks, Bro. I've seen the demo video, while the blue hand runs at the click of the button @ 2pm and resets itself with a click on the button @ 4pm, not exactly when does the chrono dial @ 3pm starts to run? Please enlighten me.

Here are the recent V2 models: https://forum.replica-watch.info/th...t-great-looking-watches.340000/#post--3281442

My guess the PAM 253 would be a better option than the PAM 286?

I have this same watch from hfac. The subdial at 3 is a minute counter.

Use search bar to find info on the VSF 286 as they have just launched a fully functioning rep rattrapante movement!!

Hi Dave,

Thanks, I believe you are referring to the new PAM 213 by VSF, not PAM286? How I wish a rep PAM 286 with a rattrapante movement already exists and the next logical rep, PAM 332! Does the minute counter move by default/under normal circumstances?

Cheers

Ah yes! You are correct. You'd think they could easily make the 286 with the same movement!

Yes, all subdials and functions work as expected. Great watch, I love it! Just need to find another strap to go with. I like the rubber but want another option too - the carbon fibre would be nice.
