Anyone any idea or have pictures of how a curved end strap looks on the rep? I am guessing the lug holes are too far away from the case and will likely make the gap look bigger. Any help is appreciated.
Responding to your questions. I've put on a curved end strap and have to tell you it looks ugly because the lug holes are located further therefore creating a huge gaps in between. Not have the picture taken as mine was faulty rotor and already sent back for replacement. Hope this helps!
This is probably mentioned somewhere in the thread, but I can't seem to find the info again. Can someone please help me with the measurement that's best for the 5001?
Mario from Orlof sent me this guide:

According to other members, 22/18 and 145/55 will be best for the 5001, but how about "E" and "F"? Should we give him that info as well?
Thanks in advance
Same on mine, and I guess on many other 5001. Probably also depending on the time set? If you ask for another, im afraid it wont be much better, but maybe some crooked numbers in addition. For me, your date is ok...but hey, its up to you.

Ok. Another silly question:
How do you wind this movement? I just got my Laureus but I can't get it to wind like a normal watch. The crown won't turn 360 degrees. Seems the only way to wind and make the PR needle move up is to crank the crown in a forward and backward motion. Is that correct or did I get a dud? [emoji15]
It should turn clockwise to wind as with any watch.
