Mine arrives tomorrow. I think this is nearer to gen than vsf which in most lights is too bright and vivid in shade.

Blue in today. Overall excellent. Best bracelet yet and perfect end links! The blue is a tricky one to call. It is brighter in reality than any pic I’ve taken but the gen also does this and for me is nearer to gen than the VSF with its slightly too vivid blue tone. Not sunny today so these are a mixture of different lighting sources. The lume is perfectly white in all conditions and glows great in darkness. Way better than even the latest VSF’s which now have whiter lume. The rotor as seen in some videos is a bit noisy and free spinning but I’ve added a drop of Mobieus D5 and now it’s perfect and silent. Ar excellent and no rough edges on my example on either the case or bracelet for a change.
That looks amazing! Really close to pulling the trigger on the gen blue and selling my VSF, but this makes me pause. Did you get the rubber strap and if so how does it compare?

The rubber strap is very soft and gen like. Not sure about the shade compared to gen but it looks close in pics. I had a steel and gold blue gen last year. Need to find pics to look and check shades with that. Also it fits without any drama unlike VSF where you have to fight to get it to fit!

Is it just bad cell phone pics, or is the lume application really sloppy in these ORFs? My VSFs are really tight around the edges of the indices and these appear to spill over pretty bad.

It is very light dependant to be honest. That was in the car on a grey U.K. morning.
The colour shade is very similar to the original 2531.80 Smp which I actually like.
