New ORF SMPc 300m A8800 released today

I don't think it's the 8800 clone like VSF uses in the AT and PO though. Seems like a decorated 2836. Was hoping for one with that movement. I'm not sure why no one spoons the superclone movement in a 300m case.

Vsf do not use a clone 8800, it doesn’t exist buddy. They only cloned the 8500 if I’m not mistaken. It is just deco plates and I’m guessing the Original factory(ORF) example will actually be a 2824 like the vsf and not a 2836.

They do, the last gen PO's from VSF have the clone 8900 movement (which is basically the 8800). I'm sure it has no added features versus the clone 8500 but still.

No, 8800 is pretty different than 8500/8900.
Replisimio is right, vsf has clone of 8500/8900 (which gens are very similar movements) but vsf 8800 "clone" is a decorated eta.

Trusty has added a video now. The bracelet looks superb on this one. The rest looks pretty good I think and certainly appears to be better than VSF!

Replisimio that looks great. I wonder of they waiting to see the hype around these before the post the price Does the bezel insert look a bit matt, or is it just the lighting?

The bracelet looks almost like gen to my eyes and as we know Omega do source some of their parts from China these days. Maybe that’s why they call themselves Original Factory lol.

I’m trying to but not getting very far. Andrew still waiting for price and Sead also finding out details. He is trying to sell me a vsf lol. Had 3 already but I want this new one.
