The NTTD rep with my gen Omega's...

How does it wear compared to the 2220.80 and the 300 Master Co-Axial? I have them both, and find that the latter is on the larger side of what I can pull off. Does it wear/feel significantly larger than either or both? I know the diameter is 1mm more.

The NTTD watch at 42mm does indeed feel and look relatively bigger than the 41mm of the 2220.80. Looking at it side by side in person, the 2220.80 looks small.. Lol.. But they both wear similar on my 7" wrist. 42mm is just about right. Any bigger and it would probably be too awkward for my wrist.

Thanks! And how about in comparison to the SM300MC?

Mine has arrived at the HK hub so hopefully its only a few more days until its in the UK!

Do you think the 2220.80 style strap will fit on the NTTD?

The NTTD definitely feels similar with the SM300MC even though the SM300 is 41mm. This is probably because of the longer lugs of the SM300, makes it feel bigger than 41mm.

Thanks again for your prompt responses! If only I could try one on before ordering, but with everything closed, there's no chance.

On one hand I don't necessarily believe that they changed the entire bezel anodizing and dial color just for the titanium version, but on the other hand, that looks significantly more brown in photos than the V1. I am strongly considering the V2 on the gen bracelet once Omega releases it. For $1600 that's a pretty damn good clone at 15% of the cost of the genuine.

The thought has crossed my mind. If VSF doesn't do the titanium mesh bracelet accurately as per the gen, then I'll be getting the gen bracelet from Omega. But the thought that I'll be using the gen bracelet that costs more than the watch just boggles my mind...LOL

By the way, does the V1 you have not look brown like that?

I would also like to take this opportunity to give a shoutout to Andrewtrustytime for a very smooth deal in helping me acquire this great looking watch! Highly recommended as always! One of the the best TD's here, period.

Right now I'm distracted at work with what's around my wrist. This will definitely keep me company till the movie comes out in November!

Thanks for the shoutout imranbecks. Glad you are enjoying it.

Cheers!

Arachnoidosis as others have mentioned the dial appears to have smaller minute markers and the bezel thinner numbers of a slightly different colour, if that’s changed then it’s most likely the dial and bezel colour has too or why bother changing those. It actually makes less sense to do another run of a dial just to reduce the length of the minute markers and another of the bezel insert to make the numbers a hair thinner.

V1 appears to be more of a prototype and as you can’t get it anymore, it suggests a small production run.

I certainly recognize that there are other differences in the face aside from the color. I'm just mildly skeptical about the change because I can get mine to look quite brown in certain lights and I'm curious as to whether or not it's actually changed. I haven't been completely convinced one way or the other.
