Stunning.
Not sure whether I'll be able to wait to V3 (with titanium mesh) or pull the trigger sooner than later.
Let’s stop saying v3 with mesh, no one knows if that’s happening.

Wait, are you doing triangulation through UK? I accepted mine on Monday and he said it's going to take two weeks...
So, been chatting with mech500 we both agreed many people will buy the Gen on NATO and save the £1000 on titanium mesh. They will also buy non branded mesh to wear their NTTD on. So I wouldn’t worry too much about the mesh. What I’ve also been reading on the omega forum, is due to the holes in the Gen mesh people’s wrist fit can be between holes, that would be annoying.
Over on RWG a member mentioned to me that cheap watch brands already make titanium mesh’s most likely in China, so in theory it’s shouldn’t be a big ask of VSF to get whoever is manufacturing their mesh to do a titanium one. Whether they will or not is another thing.

I was amazed to see the genuine mesh was designed with holes, To me a compression type fitting with unlimited adjustability would of been far better
That's what happens when you let Bond design a watch
The gap on the side of the case isn't there on the rep as you can see. Both helium valves are screwed down by the way.

Its where the rep gets a plus for me. No doubt the clasp is inaccurate, but it actually does its job well and no matter your wrist size, you can get the perfect fit you desire. No in betweens.
Is the clasp removable? I've seen these bracelets for dirt cheap on ebay, there is one that is labeled as "titanium" which is probably just a coating of sorts. I'm thinking of ordering one swapping out the clasp from the V2 on the mesh bracelet and putting it on the "titanium" one. See if there's a difference
I believe so. Its being held by thin springbars as you can see. But unless that ebay mesh has the holes for the springbars on the mesh like the vsf one, I don't think it'll work. Worth a try. But seriously, there is nothing wrong with the rep mesh other than the fact that it's not titanium. Not sure if it's worth all that effort tbh.
What's the thickness in mm of your bracelet?
Meh it wouldn't really be a pain and I have other watches it could fit. Do you have a caliper? What's the thickness in mm of your bracelet?
The NTTD rep with my gen Omega's...
What's the NATO like on the rep? Looks good but previous Bond ones were pretty harsh in feel despite looking good.
Does it feel fairly like a gen?

When compared to my gen Omega nato strap, it has the same feel of smooth seatbelt finish on it, but felt rather stiff. The gen is definitely softer and wraps around the wrist easier.
