According to Xmen on RG:
"This movement has actually been in the market before but was advertised and sold as an eta clone. Glad that they are finally selling it as what it truly is, a new Asian caliber that takes design cues from eta but is completely different!
I feel I should shed some light on this caliber as I've owned and disassembled them before. I'm hoping it becomes the new "21j" in the market as it has several very positive points.
1. While movement will not accept eta stems the crown will. At least the example I had was the same threads on the stem as an eta, that's a huge plus for eta swaps.
2. Same dial feet position as eta. Different locking method using screws but works as good.
2. Hands have the same tube size as eta, .....I think you guys know where I'm going with this lol.
3. Movement ring works for eta.....
All in all as a movement I didn't think it was great, but as a "new 21j replacement" I'd say this is a monumental step forward for the hobby!!! It lets you buy a watch on the cheap, try it out, and if you like it and decide it should have a eta or clone, you can install it!!!
Easily on of the best things to happen in the hobby in a long time if its identical to the movements I had.
Best of luck gents.
Edit: forgot to mention, no quick change date at midnight, slow like the a7750's."

Despite the cosmetic similarities to an ETA clone movement, it is nothing more than a DG3804, which is a variant of the DG2813. I guess they're making 2813s or 4813s with this reverser and rotor configuration now.
At any rate, not an ETA clone, but not a new movement either."
Edit: Could it also be a cheaper version of Hangzhou 6460?
