For me the dial is a winner - freaking stunning and I dont say that often.
Once the SC clone gets in there, i think this this will fly off the shelves. I know there are plenty on the fence about the SC, but personally i think it looks great and would much rather see that than an ugly platted 6497

They really did a great job with the dial, that is why I did not hesitate about getting one. How many times do you really look at the movement in your watch? I never do so I really do 't care, nor am i trying to pass it as a gen.
The strap I put on is an old Landa I had laying around, it complements the dial I think.
The rep strap is very nice by the way!!

Dial looks acurate enough (to me at least) if compared to page 33-34 of this thread with Evora's gen in the car (cruising@180km/h ;-) and pic from WatchUWant seems to be in similar lighting looks very very close in my opinion. Would be nice to see rep in sunlight with clear blue sky to get maximum sunburst. I really want this watch with sexy looking clone4 P3000.
Intime has a SC movement listed just under $400... Is that not the one with all the bells and whistle? The normal one under $250
don't care about movement.... Even AD won't never see it.... I have "several" gen, and I go often to different AD (not boutique), and always complimented about my PAM's... I'm in "high end" car business, so, I meet a lot of ppl wearing nice watches, and I was NEVER asked to remove my watch, so impossible to see movement.
Personnally, most important things are dial tint, lume, sunburst effect, hands and case/xtal/cg.
I have a huge professionnal project at the moment, but I will do a full review/comparison with my gen 605 asap, except movement, that's a very acurate watch.... As it's rare, most of ppl who know Panerai never see/saw a gen, only pictures/web/magazines.... Impossible to tell.
I have a long and friendly relationship with an AD here in Belgium, already talked with him about reps, but never told him that I have a lot of them. He asked me to see my 605, I hesitate to go with both rep and gen, to show him the rep on my wirst, and his reaction.
Believe me this watch deserves a super rep status, except for movement, but it's the same since a long time....

I ordered the KW 605 this week - it'll be a good way to see if I want to buy the gen or not.
Where is the link? Cant find it on intime website? Do you mean this one?

Thats a incorrect model - this was the first release with incorrect dial
