Ok now that you make me look at closer I think I may be seeing what you’re seeing.....the white grudge under the “3”? Could it be just a reflection? Maybe ask for another pic? And if it is still there then ask for another watch as this will not give a peace of mind. Yet again a distance I a bet this may not be that obvious.
I do understand the concern tho’.

Chazingtime....I know they had some issues in the last few weeks, but it's my most preferred TD and I already got 4 watches from them without any problems.

I ordered a BP so yes I hope it is a BP. Don‘t know how to spot the difference. Do you know how to spot the difference?

Yes they had some issues in the last few weeks but I got new QC pics and they sent me two watches. I got a tracking nr. and now have to wait for arrival. But I‘m confident everything works fine like in the past. I was always really happy with their service and watches.

I have been on the fence.......there seem to be different BP rendering......what is the best bang for the buck? Is the 904L worth the extra $$?
Forgive me for asking this but......is this safe to wear when doing a hand wash? I would feel stupid if I have to take this off in front of a friend to wash my hand lol.

904L not worth the extra money IMO - you're probably not really getting that anyway. Put that toward a gen ETA when yours dies. Yes you can wash hands with it on, just keep it dry as much as possible.

Hi guys, complete newbie here looking to buy my first rep and/or buy separate factory parts to make a super Explorer 1 214270 rep. I saw this commented on somewhere but just want to confirm before emailing Ryan...

Assuming both are available to purchase separately, would an ARF 3132 bracelet and clasp fit a BP A2836 case and dial? If yes, would a genuine ETA 2824 fit to upgrade the movement? Thank you in advance and I hope this isn't too ambitious for a newbie.

domi put an eta 2892 into my bp and yes, arf bracelet fits perfect with the bp...

I just got the BP version of the Explorer 1 in 904 steel. I have owned both the JF version and the Noob version and both movements died.
The BP dual is very good and the spacing of the letters in the word Explorer is correct this time.
I am hoping to be able to change the movement in this one with a genuine Swiss ETA when the time comes.
