I just received this exact same Endurance as well. I am impressed by how close to perfect it looks. Functions operate exactly same as gen too.
I tried the gen on at the Breitling AD when I was on vacation last month. Bought the OF model and I have to say, other than the strap, it's pretty great.
The crown isn't exactly right, but it's not something most people would notice.

One question I have about the Breitling Endurance OF version…. Can the chronograph display elapsed time greater than 30 minutes? Does one of the registers record and display hours in addition to it’s tenths, seconds or minute function? My chrono experience is limited to the digital display Casio world. Thanks
Are these water resistant at all? That has been one of biggest issues with Reps is that they seem fragile when it comes to durability and water resistance.....

After 3 years….. I’ve just had to replace the battery in mine. Getting the back cover off was harder than it should have been. Those 4 small screws are real tight and there isn’t much of a ridge for the screw driver to catch into so I had to be very careful and very patient. Once the cover was off it was an easy job to replace the battery. Was also nice to see the back cover had a semi decent rubber o ring on it.
When you are removing the back cover you need good quality screw drivers. If you buy a cheap set they will soon become expensive when the screw driver slips. Just my 2 cents for new members reading this topic.

How does the bezel feel when turning it? crips clips?Today I received the brand new colorway of the Endurance by OF. It comes with a good quality box, instructions and a warranty card with matching serial number. I think this is the best and most accurate color of this particular rep. Can't do much wrong with black

Yeah, it's a friction bezel, so it turns smoothly. I've handled the gen and it was the same.
Apart from the strap it's a great rep, especially the black one. Gen straps are cheap too, about 80€ shipped directly from Breitling. Put that on the watch and it's one of the best reps out there

It’s easy. Just wrap it in between the bezel and watch body gap and wind it round 2-3 times. It will increase the resistance by a third and make it feel more “solid”
My only advice here would be to use black floss if you can find it as white or green will be slightly visible after it’s wound around.

You don't actually HAVE to do it, the difference is not that noticeable, especially if you've never handled a gen. Both my Endurances ( red and black version ) had a great bezel with no horizontal or vertical play. A friend had a yellow version and the bezel on his could be turned a bit easier. But still not bad, it doesn't feel cheap or anything. You'll be surprised when you unpack it, I can guarantee that for sure
@Emendieta73 - which color are you looking for?
Just for your awareness: black and white are Gen-like; red and yellow are very close (you would need to place Gen-OF side-by-side to recognize); blue is recognizable different

Black is the safest bet That white strap looks pretty nasty after some time...
I loved the red though, the color combo is fire! But not for everyday wearing, a bit loud for that.
