As for which dial is correct, there is a handful of certain types of Roman dial (with specific fonts - not to be confused with the older 162xx series of "SWISS MADE" non-luminous Roman dial) and basically any Rolex 36mm datejust dial that has the appropriate gold/silver luminous baton.
When I mean that "any Rolex 36mm datejust dial that has the appropriate gold/silver luminous baton", I mean by something like the 116234 picture below (notice that the dial indices/baton has rectangular lume)
By comparison, here is the older version of datejust (16234) with non-luminous baton (instead there is a lume dot/plot next to the indices/baton)
As for the Roman dial versions, the older 16200 datejust series of Roman dial has different "ROLEX OYSTER PERPETUAL DATEJUST" font when compared to the newer 116200 series of dial (in my opinion and this applies for all roman dial colour)
