There are of course little differences between this rep release and the gen, but the prices are also vastly different.
It is a very well-executed watch and well worth the asking price, IMHO.
Can I see a side profile showing the bracelet link thickness please, thank you.

16cm wrist. Removed all links. Fits remarkably well. Mirror shot fitment looks even better. Chrono functions reliably. Been dailying it for about two weeks. No issues with the ceramic. Very impressed.

Dear LORD, that looks good!! Blue is tempting too, but I don't think I can get away from that green. For a rep, this is really amazing what you're getting for the price. Functional flyback chronograph clone movement is super exciting to me too. These "super clones" get closer ever year.

Seems that they have put some effort into replicating the sunburst. Hope to see that in the green as well, although the gen is very dark..

No matter how close a rep comes it’ll never be gen so you’re right, as long as the wearer can enjoy the watch then that’s the gold standard for reps. The acceptance level for each owner is different and the same watch may wear differently for each person.
For me the provenance and pedigree matter too so it’s simply beyond how accurate the rep is.
Having said all that, this is a watch I will wear on casual days. Like you mentioned it “does it”for me too.
