That's what happens when you back a winning horse... APSF is killing it right now with this release.

However, I have doubts whether this will reach Daytona/GMT/SUB levels of sales in the long term.

The watch is on the big side size-wise so it's not for everyone. It will sure help if the movement proves to be fairly reliable.

I think the 4401 movement has potential. Offshore and 11.59 Chrono. That's more sales.

We also have more variants of the Royal Oak to go. Throw in some tungsten variants for the gold models.

I think there's alot of potential for it

There's over 70 watches here that use the movement.

The only real question from my end is stability. We'll know in a year how this movement acts up.

Placing an order for the ceramic and the SS blue, green and black dials.

Will keep what I like the most and the rest (if any) will go to M2M or to F&F.

If you want to move the black dial when you receive it i'm a buyer.

No problem at all, just have it checked regularly. I do this with my (gen) Victorinox Chrono for many years already.
The problem is with no screw down (lock-down) pushers, one touch and you are in trouble haha.

AP took down the screw down pushers when they switched from the 26320 to 26331 reference.

I’ve never accidentally engaged the pushers on any of my chronic including those that are not screw down

This is so useful.
That means we can expect a ton of new releases from APSF for a choro type AP watch since the movements are all the same.

Hopefully my black ceramic gets here before the 25th. No movement on tracking yet, but that is normal. I don't need it by any means, but shipping during the holidays is always a mess. Gov shutdown doesn't help either.

Has anyone put theirs on a scale yet?
