Yeah same, avoding it the full extension, those links are pure pain in the ass.no ceramic i have their perpetual calendar i am hoping its not pins used for the bracelet its a pain to deal with
Gen??I’ll prefer to see one in person.
I do own two 26240s, one in steel and one in ceramic. I think a side by side will be more useful than any empirical opinions.
But from preliminary pictures they look decent yes.
from this photo, it looks like screws if you look at the side of the link if that is the case I'm in heavenYeah same, avoding it the full extension, those links are pure pain in the ass.
1 stem / small ( pieces ) that needs to sit correctly before you can mount on the links.
But remember these 2 small things have 2 metal bricks will fly off space if you not are careful, I have never been in so much sweat before to solve that, never again
Yes if you’re referring to the two 26240 I own currrently. They are both gen.Gen??
Yes. My wrist size is currently about 17.5cm or 6.8”.Could you please share your wrist size? Also, which one do you think wears best on you between the stainless steel and the ceramic. Thank you!
okay, now that I've calmed down my little guy down there, rationally, I'm gonna practice patience, I will wait for others to get theirs first, the movement looks great, functions well, but I won't be the first to test it.... that's the rational logical thing to do, these will be produced en masse barring an act of god or raid
Lol fair. But also all pretty logical sequence of events! The typical course of a thread about a new model at RWI.
1. Doubts - ‘Oh, these are photos of the Gen!’. ‘That won't come out for another two years at least!’ ‘Wasn't that announced before?’
2. Unfounded enthusiasm - “Shut up and take my money”. “The best release ever!” ’1,000 USD? A bargain!’
3. Someone has found a flaw - ‘Look, the small 9 on the 6 o´clock subdial has no serif’. ‘But the screw under the rotor is much more beautifully brushed on the Gen. AAA!’
4. Complaining phase - ‘I won't buy the watch until the small 9 is corrected’. ‘I'll wait for v4’. ’1,000 USD? When Noob launched the same model in 1999, it only cost 70 USD! Rip off!’
5. The first QCs – ‘Wow!’ ‘Shut up and take my money’. ‘The best release ever!’ ‘$1,000? A bargain!’
I think we are nearing Phase 4 now ;-)
Absolutely and 900 USD is much moneyLol fair. But also all pretty logical sequence of events!

I wanted to but the rotor is incorrect so I stayed with the Blue SS but I will get the green when someone posts QCAlready ordered the green dial! Fingers crossed it comes in time for Christmas, it will make a splendid gift...for myself.
Out of interest, which 3 did you order mate? I'm trying to decide between the white dial and green dial + the ceramic version
I ordered three of them *lol*
