For those who haven’t sized the ceramic bracelet yet, the pins look like this, they have these super tiny friction things, I didnt even notice the friction bits at first as most stayed attached to the bracelet link. Be careful not to lose them.
It took a fair about of pressure to pop the pin out of the link, and they only com out one direction.

In a block like this
Used a broken off punch first for better control
Got it moving a tiny bit
Tiny taps at first.
Then the longer punch

I think I did have to use small pliers pulling and twisting back and forth to get it out the rest of the way.

Butt clenched pretty tight the whole time.
Pretty nervous about snapping off a whole lug.

There are these two little hollow barrels as shown in the above pic that create the friction/tension

The pin itself is the same diameter through its whole length, so can be removed either direction. (Unlike the bracelet sizing pins which only come out one direction)

Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks! Yeah wasn’t sure about the one way so didn’t wanna pull and break something. Already have a broken bracelet so was trying to remove while I wait on my replacement

AliX rubber is pretty good. I'm fairly certain some of the straps on there are the same OEM factory as stuff like Barton. Don't go for the super cheap $10 straps though, pony up the money for the $20-30 straps, from experience the really cheap rubber stuff is horrible and collects dust, is WAY too soft (which won't support the weight of the watch) or the rubber can become brittle and snap (seen it happen)
Can you recommend some good ones? My only issue is that in the past, the expensive $30 straps looked exactly like the $10 ones … but they charged higher.

I think the ones you referenced are for the ROOs.

The ones for the ROs - which I also just ordered are different. There is a flat edge that protrudes.

Here is what I ordered myself. Can do a reverse image search for Aliexpress if you don't use Taobao.

Do you mean like this
(These are 4.5mm width for a diver)

Looks like only the 4.5mm ROO plots have the notch, the 3.5mm seem to all be smooth (for a 15400 41mm RO)

Looks dashing. Is it me or are the screws at the top very lightly misaligned? I heard this has been the case in a few recent QCs. Regardless of the easy fix it look a bloody lovely.

Think it's the problem/not-problem that the APSF has where the bezel screw slots aren't cut centered. Apparently some gens also have this distinguished feature. Either way, I plan on swapping them out for better ones.
