Is everyone placing orders for the PPF or Green Maker with their TD? I normally use PureTime but not sure if I place the order for the PPF or the Green Maker? Since people are saying they are the same watch I don't know which one to actually place the order for.

A good informed TD should tell you the GR is not available anymore so all recent orders are PPF. Only exception is if the TD still has some dead stock GR ones, but most likely they are rejected ones as they would have been sold out long ago with recent surge in demand.

Yes, you needn't be an expert to call out the movement even without knowing how the gen looks like. On the other hand you needn't be a millionaire to buy a watch which can make you happy by its aesthetics and functionality.

I just got my qc as well, unfortunately im not so lucky, the 3 oclock hour marker seem like it's tilted, I'm asking for more photos to make sure, we'll see, and my movement is +4 a day

Just got my QC, I think your watch pass through me, same watch same crook 3rd hour marker and there is a big gap in 12th hour marker !!!

Got QC today too and mine is like that too , gap at 12 and 3 is a little crooked

Seems pattern emerging here, I just rejected mine same reason with the 3 o’clock marker not sure if it’s something that would be less noticeable in person or even more noticeable..



5x magnification certainly doesn’t help, let’s see, if next one comes back the same I’ll probably accept

Do you guys share the same TD? Maybe it’s the same one or a small same batch that the TD passed on due to rejection.

Goes without saying though that any dealer will try to pass on a rejected watch to hopefully a “not so eagle eyed client “ I have actually been such a client in the past, not noticing gaps and crooked markers until someone highlights it on here, then it drives me insane
