New 5711 Nautilus Modder/Factory - BUFF?

The new gen blue attracts me not in 5711 but 5811.

I’m talking about one of the last 5711 gen dial marks.
Unfortunately with the 5711 is very difficult to make any comparison using pictures.. each camera react in a different ways to the colors and also the phones display change the colors.. different cameras… with the same dial will show different colors

I bought one of the last buff to do a comparative with this blue gen.. and I’ll post it as soon as the buff will arrive.

Yep. I own the previous blue Buff 5711 dial and I cannot see sense to buy the new 5711 one whose b!ue is similar to that of 5811.

Anyone have the info on the latest batch of Buff dials, aka the ones you would get if you ordered right now? Per this reddit post the other day, the new batch is different. The blue dial looks way too blue, almost 5811 blue? Old batch on left, new batch on right.

The 5811 is 1mm larger in case size than the 5711, thus its dial should be larger as well, no? Thus if these blue buff dials are made to fit the 5711, they won't fit a properly replicated 5811 rep.

I can't answer for certain but on a gen I assume the dial would be bigger on a 5811 than on a 5711. On a rep however, the current 5811 Buff dials are made to the same size as the Buff 5711 dial as there is no rep 5811 yet but once there is, I assume Buff can easily adapt their current dial to the larger size

what is shown above is actually what you called the new bluer dial ... you can differenciate them color aside by their "A" shape

Yeah the dash on the A is too high up on the new one.

old. but as patek as ultimately changed all their dial before discontinuing the 5711 it might possible that some latestt vesion have a modified "A".

I think that the A will be the last problem … the 95% of the Patek rep are completely out of shape… thicker cases.. bracelets… crowns… bezels.. a not well modded 5711 can be saw from 2 meters… a macro picture of the A is the last problem in my opinion.

Penso che la A sarà l'ultimo problema… il 95% dei rappresentanti Patek sono completamente fuori forma… casse più spesse.. bracciali… corone… lunette.. un 5711 non ben modificato si vede da 2 metri… una foto macro della A è l'ultimo problema secondo me.

It's less of an issue if say the error showed up on a new 3KF/PPF release, but since the price and the effort of obtaining and installing this dial aren't exactly trivial, I would be disappointed that the latest version adopted an error that the previous one did not have.

i do agree with that, but I still believe a proper and nice rep can be done out of a pf case...
