New 5711 Nautilus Modder/Factory - BUFF?

Just ordered the new buff 5711 fully modded based on the 3kf v2, I will share some pictures and opinion when it arrives, I'll write a review after some time.
Buff told me he works with a "make to order" method, how much do you think it's going to take before the watch is ready?

Last time I contacted him on 12 February and he was responsive then.

The last time I heard from him was in mid Jan and he has not been replying to my recent messages. I had thought he was busy with the Chinese New Year but it seems he has been in contact with other members

I’ve paid in full on 25th Dec, till date I have received nothing not even a reply to my messages. He replied on 14th Jan telling me that my watch will be ready in 2 days, then on 19th Jan he said the watch wasn’t ready. Following which it was Chinese New Year and I’ve not contacted him until on 1st Feb and again yesterday but I’ve not received any response from him.

I follow many modders at wechat, buff-ipk and some others, but only to check their projects(what new parts are coming out, prices etc...), i would never send them serious money for a project, i would only for parts,only for dial or hands for example, they are ready to ship and if i lose it would be 300-400usd max.

Always procced with caution with not trusted sources.

Alright he finally replied and said that my watch was ready. I requested for some QC pics and noted that the dial has a mark between the 7 and 8 o’clock markers. He said he can make a new watch and will let me know again when it’s ready.

looks like dust or something stuck under the crystal on the ledge between the crystal, hard to see but it looks like it as mine had a few pieces of dust like this but I took it to a guy close by who cleaned it all out. Also ask for a picture of the back as mine had a large hair in it and the rotor silencing is just a lot of lubricant of some sort and it went all over the rotor and left a black mark on the rotor which also had to be cleaned

I’m ok with dust. Dust will be the one right above the 5 o’clock marker on the 2nd pic.

This looks like a blemish / uneven colouring of the dial.

I really dont think that will be noticeable in real life. Lol
but its your watch do as you like. Just saying it will take a long time for a new watch. And as you have mentioned he doesnt really reply msg. as i know he doesnt like to reply much when things annoy him. Thats my experience. with buff , you cant really expect too great of QC or service as TD. He is those who just build it and done with. He even shipped without telling me or a tracking nunber.

negroni i agree with Ac1013 that mark may not be noticeable IRL. buff is not a TD here and you're going to the extreme with QC there. buff will start to get annoyed with guys nitpick every mark and will jack up the price or avoid sales outside china

I just received both my green and blue full buff builds!!!

I guess I got lucky; no weird hairs or dust bits and though there was a lapse of communication with him he just msg’d me one day out of the blue w pics of packaging and a shipment slip.

From the day of receiving those pics until date of final arrival to my door was roughly 3 1/2 weeks. I reside in USA.

The watches look even better than I expected and I can’t wait to get the bracelet lengths adjusted so I can wear them out.

Good luck to everyone else still waiting on theirs, definitely a treat when it finally arrives. I’d suggest being overly polite in your communication w him and just be patient. Not saying that the lapse of comms is cool, just that I don’t think he’s out to make a quick con.
