This watch is very nice! I regulated the movement and it is keeping very good time (so far).
The bezel was slightly loose and the click spring felt a little weak.
I popped the bezel off and retensioned the click spring, slightly bent the bezel washer into a wave washer and lubed with silicone grease.
The bezel now has no play, and feels very nice indeed.

I can confirm that my bezel insert appeared to be a press fit, no glue evident.
The bracelet is very nice and the Rolex style spring bars were straight.

If you want a to make a super franken 16610 T, this watch may be a good start!

I've given up waiting from my dealer since they said puretime is still the only one who can get it now so i have refunded and ordered through PT, they are offering 8% transferwise discount which negates the shipping cost if anyone else is still on the fence. My total cost was a couple of dollars less than the base price with shipping included.


All of the above qc look great to me, my concern is gen crystal not fitting due to height differences. If anyone has the watch inhand and has started to mod please let me know how it's going.


I know people may still prefer the JF as a base but i can see the whiter colour from 904l and it is worth it for me on that basis alone.

That DW font doesn’t look that thick to me, which is great for an ARF.
