Sadly, my experience is similar. I purchased an AP Ladies Royal Oak from them. Everything went smoothly. The QC photos came and once I approved them, they shipped and provided FedEx tracking info. The watch is beautiful. The problem is it doesn't work! When I contacted them, I received a reply within an hour telling me it was a battery operated watch (DUH) and that the battery or something may have come loose during shipping. I was advised to slap the head of the watch with the palm of my hand. I did that. Sadly, my experience was the same as before. The watch runs for an hour or so and then stops. My next contact advised me to take the back of the watch off and check to make sure the battery is placed correctly. I was doubtful. If the battery was NOT placed correctly, I don't see how the watch would work at all, but I went ahead and followed instructions. Not gonna lie - I was nervous about this. I paid good money for the watch and hadn't planned on becoming a watch repair person, but I like the watch so I did it. No problem with the battery that I could detect. Closed the watch back up. Absolutely no change. I've been patient, but at this point I either want a replacement or a refund. Unfortunately, they've stopped responding to my emails.I ordered a DateJust with an AsiaClone 3235 automatic movement from ChazingTime for around 450 USD. Everything went well and as expected, so I skimmed the ordering process up to delivery, and that's when my problems started. I ordered and paid for the watch at the end of June, and about 2 weeks later I received the QC pictures. Shipping via CZ to GER was problem-free and the watch arrived in mid-September. And that's where the problems started. The watch wasn't working, so I contacted CT. They wrote back really quickly, but unfortunately I couldn't get the movement to work even with their help videos. CT assumed that there was damage in transit and I was then offered the opportunity to send the watch to China for repairs. I was wearing the watch and was told to pay the risk of it being confiscated by customs or if it was lost, and I was advised to send it via the national postal service, as DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc. were very unreliable when it came to confiscations. I then went to the post office and was informed that shipments to China are only sent via DHL. The shipping costs would be just under 50 USD. I then contacted CT again to find another solution without expensive and unsafe shipping to China. Unfortunately, CT completely rejected this. I then decided to go to a German watchmaker. He opened the movement and found that it had been assembled incorrectly during production and that a foreign metal part had become wedged in the movement, meaning that the watch could never run. Even with this finding, CT was not very accommodating. I was only informed that the watch had been checked before shipping and that this could also be seen in the QC pictures. However, upon closer inspection of the QC pictures, I saw that the second hand is in the same position in every picture - so it is highly unlikely that CT checked it. My conclusion is that I really won't buy anything from them again. A discount of 75 USD - my cost for the watchmaker - would have been absolutely sufficient for me. But obviously CT does not value customer loyalty and quality.

Of course I knew it was battery operated. The "DUH" was because he was talking to me like I was an idiot! You need to know that before buying. That’s your job
I appreciate the advice. At this point, replacing the battery and see if that corrects the problem is easier and cheaper than trying to ship the watch back to China (not to mention safer). I didn't anticipate that I'd receive a watch that did work. Perhaps I should have. Hopefully, I can get the watch to work without investing alot more money. As I just replied to your RWI ticket:
I do not (nor does RWI) recommend shipping the watch back to China. The chances of it getting lost are very high and you might end up without a watch or money. If you end up returning it, it would be at your own and the TD's risk.
Have you considered getting the battery changed? A lot of the times, these batteries are not the best quality and/or the watch could had been built a while back and the battery has drained. If you change the battery, you can ask the TD for a discount/credit on that change for future use.
I can understand the expectation you had when ordering a brand new watch, but sadly they are replicas made in China and not made to the perfect standards of the genuine. I am sure you will find many threads on the forum saying how a high % of people have had to do repairs on their first rep.
What’s that movement model?I appreciate the advice. Hi, about your case, you mentioned that the watch runs for about 45 minutes and then stops. Then the date will jump from 3 to 5, which is very bizarre to me. So we asked you to send us a video about this yesterday. We haven't heard back from you. Please send the video to us so we can see what's going on. Oh and yes we forgot to ask you to try changing the battery . The solution might be as simple as that.Sadly, my experience is similar. I purchased an AP Ladies Royal Oak from them. I did change the battery. When I did, the watch ran well and I thought I had solved the problem and was kicking myself for not doing that immediately. My delight was shortlived. The watch ran for almost 7 hours, but it has stopped again.finally replace the damn battery
I want to know whether the clock works

This would also be my suggestion.@Kate123
If I may, I'd like to suggest that you change the battery one more time, I have a fair few quartzies, and always buy good quality batteries, but I have had one or two that I've changed die within a few hours, swapped in another new one and the watches concerned were fine afterwards
No, not really.Dear people, I wait 20 days for the QC pic while they take a maximum of 10 days. I think it takes a lot of time. all they say is that they are waiting for the qc pic from the factory, this is not normal, is it? I trusted them because of the reviews. can anyone help me?
