Sure you did. That way if it ever happens to you, you won't have to bother to make up a story because you know that we don't believe you anyway. Except for the one sweet internist who, when one of the surgeons was talking about surgically extracting a cucumber, asked innocently: "how did that happen? Did he swallow it whole?" Second, but equally important, they were charging me for the room by the hour. Hey, you gotta be frugal when travelling abroad.
