Maybe he's European? The CZ 75 is like their 1911, I think. Either way, for a concealed carry weapon I don't know why you would want anything with an exposed hammer, manual safety, etc.

Yeah. Around these parts CZs are competition pistols only. I've never seen, or heard of anyone who carries one. As far as exposed hammers and manual safeties, I know a lot of people that CC 1911s... I'd just never do it personally. Then again, I'm not a fan of the 1911 for carrying. They're nice looking guns, but far from my favorite.
Yeah, I would apply my comments about hammers and safeties equally to 1911s, they're cool but i wouldn't carry one. My brother in law has carried, and possibly does still carry, a CZ 75 compact. However, he is a military special forces guy so he practices shooting several times a week at least. I expect that if he prefers that platform for other reasons that he benefits outweigh the costs.
The Rami just like my P01 Compact comes also with a decocker.
Not a manual safety (useless if you ask me)...
I prefer to carry a gun with a hammer because i can see and feel its state easier.
Much more if it features a decocker.
I understand the benefits of a glock.
But could never put it close my P01...
But that is just my cup of tea...

. I'm a fan of glocks, but I appreciate he appeal of a DA/SA.HAhaha... Well i like them also..

Just dont feel comfortable with anything thats not hammered...
Strange how each one has a totally different approach...based on his experiences
Where i come from cc is a very difficult and rare priviledge. That said you only have the right to own one cc weapon.
If i had the opportunity for a second one that would probably be the 17 or 19.

How do you like that magpul handstop? I've really been eyeing one of those as I have no need for a VFG, but I do have a rail so I feel like I need to put something on there.

Just please use it right! I'm so sick of seeing people misusing that piece of equipment. Maybe it's just me.
