That's nothing. I think there's a good chance that you'd be fine carrying all of them. Otherwise, I wouldn't bother sending more than 6 to the States (3 packages of 2 watches) and carrying 4 in your luggage, 1 carry on, and wear one. Get a nice leather 4 watch carry case for your luggage, or just stuff them in your socks.
