Seriously. DO NOT try that.
You will not be fined for them being fake, you will be taxed.
The customs officers will use the value of gens to tax you.
How can you get taxed on second hand items? I thats not possible.

So your saying in the states and Canada that you get taxed when you purchase a new item and if you sell a second hand item or move to America you will get taxed for goods already bought and used elsewhere? If that's the case that's double dipping.
How does it work in the states and Canada? When you sell something second hand the new buyer gets taxed? Im confused how anyone would or could enforce this.
I know in Australia this is not the case. You do NOT pay tax on used or second hand items.
Not quite true, try bringing in a used car, boat or aircraft . . .I know in Australia this is not the case. You do NOT pay tax on used or second hand items.

One last question, need an opinion. So I decided not to take the chance and have $4000 of reps seized, so I will ship it back instead. Should I ship one at a time. Or is shipping 2 or more in a box more likely to be inspected by customs (x-ray and all)? Thanks
I still haven't heard a specific number. $4000 of reps could be 8 watches, or it could be 80. Why not tell us the quantity, and you'll get a good educated opinion? jesus, we're on like 6 pages of this already or something?
Shipping will cost you more, than a profit. And Customs will notice for sure.
Just drop this stupid idea, there's many other ways to become rich in a month time.

Oh, sorry... My bad... You, of course, want to spend $4K on replicas just for your own enjoyment...
