MKS Tudor Prince Day+Date 36mm

(oh sorry, just as back ground, i am considering the stainless steel linen dial one, not a two tone - i know you got the two tone, so just am thinking outloud/know it's not completely relevant to your comparison).

I can tell you in advance that the Daywheel is even better centred with MKS than with GEN! The gold tone of the bezel and crown are of course immediately recognisable as false, but the rest is surprisingly well centred. I also think the feel is very good. But more on that in the comparison.

Damn, I really like the two tones. Interested to see how "bad" of a tell it is.

For some ideas, I did take a look at EWatch Parts and they do sell the following:

- Stainless Fluted Bezel specifically for Tudor Oyster Date Day
- Fluted Plated Gold Bezel for Datejust 36mm (might fit this one?) ~60$
- Fluted Gold Bezel for Datejust 36mm (might also fit?) ~800$

Not sure of their accuracy though but worth some thought.

Posting mine, it’s aliexpress kit, not MKS. But I like that I can decide what spec I want. If I were to buy it again I would go with silver or champagne dial because of sunburst dial.

Upon further review, I think this is a salmon dial. The other champagne dials are the textured/linen ones.

I'm going to do this between Christmas and New Year's Eve. Unfortunately, my mobile phone camera is very bad, so it wouldn't make sense. There will definitely be a comparison! Please be patient with me

On a random note, I ended up pulling the trigger on a two tone silver dial Tudor Prince Date Day. Looks wonderful in person. I compared it to the "real ones" I could find online and it looks just fine to me. Maybe the gold plating is off but I don't really mind it.
