A large number of world famous watches were at display. 100,000 Yuan worth of Vacheron Constantin and Piaget are only sold here for few thousands to a little bit more than 10,000 yuan. Baiyun district police initiated a thorough investigation targeting this store, and found a 30 year old male, Zhu X Sheng, who often deliver products to this store. He often travel back and forth among one residential community on Shuibian street, Baiyun district, one leather goods department store in Baiyun district, and one watch market close to Zhanxi road, Yuexiu district. A family criminalenterprise that specialized in counterfeit world brand watches has emergedout of water. This family criminal enterprise from Jieyang Guangdong include father Zhu x Di (62 years old), daughter Zhu x Lan (34 years old), and son-in-law Tang x Xian (39 years old), and oldest son Zhu x Ming (32 years old), and second son Zhu x Sheng (30 years old), Who all have participated in the counterfeiting business.
Watch bezels were found in garbage helped to lock on crime location.
According to Baiyun district police, at beginning phase of investigation, police learned that the suspect lives behind Room 601 in one residential community on Shuibian Street. In order to gain strong evidences, police has watched the suspect numerous times, but counterfeit manufacturing location was not found. Police said “ there are elderlies and children at this home, everything looks normal, nothing suspiciousâ€.
Accidentally, police found buckets of raw materials, including watch bezels, in the trash can outside of the residents home on 6th floor. Police then found out suspect is renting Room 601 as manufacturing location. At the same time, investigation also shown suspect has his own watch store in one watch market on Zhanxin road, Yuexiu district. The store on Jingui Road and the store in one leather goods market in Baiyun district, which were reported in the tips, are both sellers for this family business. Moreover, this family also wholesale fake world famous brand watches to international buyers in southeast Asia countries, and to domestic buyers from Fujian, Shanghai, and Zhejiang Providences, through logistic companies.
