I showed the video to my fiance and told her I bought the guy coffee afterwards and had a nice chat. She got quite angry with me after that. Why? Because she hates that I can be such an asshole (like making a guy smash his watch) yet people still like me.

I'm rather amazed at how much crazy stuff I get away with in my life.

Could be EX, but I really don't think he looks like a bad kid. I think maybe he got this fake and saw dollar signs and thought he'd give it a try. Who knows though, maybe he's done it before. But if he has and has gotten away with it he is lucky because he is very careless. Using those pics, having a crappy watch that most anyone could tell was a rep...... so who knows, but I'm with Raji, I like to see the good in people and think that yes we all make mistakes but can learn from them too. So hopefully this kid will take you up on your offer and give up this notion that trying to scam people is going to make him rich. I think he realizes that he could have been going to jail instead of going home.

I had emailed him to see if he still had the rolex or had any other ones that he would like to sell. He wrote back saying that he doesn't, so maybe he has learned his lesson. I also asked if he had anymore or could get ahold of anymore so I'm going to see what that response is. If he says no, then I think he just may have learned his lesson. Here's the copy of the emails sent and received.
