The last one is phong case, v72, gen sigma dial.
The silver 6263 is modified cartel case, dw first batch dial, st19 movement.
The 6241 is dw case, tonny dial, dw mystery movement.

That's easy. Rolex.

You could try vintagewatchmaker.com but I know the black ones better so I can't comment on the steel ones directly. Jensen is a great guy to deal with too. Email him with exactly what you want even if you don't see it on his (decent) site.

I just received mine from a TD. Obviously, the dial and crystal need to be swapped to make it a halfway decent rep. This base dial is rather underwhelming. You can hardly see the min markers and it's like a bleached bright white.

I have a question about the movement. I purchased what's called a Venus 75 movement. I know they used the Valjoux 72 movements in the gens. I want to make sure I purchase a proper rep dial with a bit more aesthetic authenticity.

Can anyone suggest a few replacement dials under $200?

first, thanks for this great thread ! Very nice and a lot of informations for a "vintage Daytona" newbie :thumbup:

You confort me in buying a "base" replica which is finally not so far and not so bad. I've ever thought that hands of subdials were too bigs and finally i discover that Gen has two versions (including fat hands)

The one, i'm looking for is the 6263 gold, really fan of this one as fan for the modern Daytona Everose

I will see this rep in a couple of days, what do you think about it ?
Thanks for your help, i know that i will have to change the bezel insert which is the main "flaw". Cross fingers for finding a backelite one unk:
