Quick update, my gen Bezel assembly arrived today, after comparing the gen bezel with the rep bezel they look identical externally the finish, smooth cuts, shape of the cuts etc
Internally they differ in height and this causes the gen assembly to sit slightly off the case, given the tight click / turn of the rep bezel I have opted to just swap out the ceramic bezel inserts.

Job done and its looking good! :matty:

if you install the assembly properly it won't sit high off the case

Pablo, does the gen insert fit rep bezel assembly easily? I have a gen insert and planning on simply swapping the bezel insert while keeping the rep bezel assembly.

RWI650 in my opinion the gen insert fits well in the rep bezel, the insert sits a fraction lower that the bezel rim but its not noticeable unless you focus very hard up close.

i would be quite surprised for the gen insert to fit in the rep assembly.i think it will sit way way way to low as the gen insert is 5 times thinner than the rep.so 3m tape will be needed imo.but if you have the gen assembly you should use it to get the gen click and feel,if installed correctly it will fit nice and tight

hi smoke, the gen insert sits a hair line lower than the bezel rim but its not noticeable unless you get up really close to it. The rep bezel has the best click and turn I have ever experienced, IMO its a good as gen and the finish of the rep bezel is also to a very high standard.

I may have another look at the gen bezel and give it a go but I'm new to this and don't want to damage it! Ha

i got my modder to fit the gen assembly.if you have ine u should use it bro

Can anyone advise me on where to order a gen insert? Just ordered with BK and have a watch coming next week but the insert is something I would like to upgrade. Thanks!
