Ah I see now. The older one didn't have a ceramic insert and probably some other minor changes. I still thought the basic innards were the same.

AFAIK BP is the only factory making these now but ask Andrew if interested. That particular listing was added to Trusty's catalogue in 2006 so it's probably no longer available. But I'm sure he can get you one just like mine and the other Serti's posted in this thread.

Also Nembo from Repgeek posts them for sale sometimes. you need an account there to see his listings.

It's probably the same watch from the pic you sent him.

Movement is 2824, DW is correct color.

The serties only come as a 2824 with the date window in the ETA position

Nembo is wrong it's a 2824. This is a common TD error, bad info from factory. The stem positions are very different between 2836 and 2824.

You can make a proper serti with any BP TT (or FG) as a base. Then use a Raffles serti dial, a gen-spec champagne DW, and a gen-spec crystal.

These are wating to go in mine when I can get to it.

I'm probably going to have to grind the teeth off that gen DW and use it as an overlay on the 2824 in my BP. That case will take a 3135 but I think the dial won't fit (too big). Dials can be shaved but there's not a lot of room to take material off that one.

The following is for reference which I found after using the site which should NEVER be used for ordering as its SPAM but good for knowledge only:

This is a gen. Note the position of the DW:

This is KS's LV with A2836 movement:

This is Li's serti who said after asking a second time : "Confirmed with the factory, it's with 3135 movement." But as KS states the factory is incorrect so I did some digging.

If you look at the SPAM reference site it shows the wrong DW but look at the description of the movement:

MOVEMENT: Swiss ETA 2836-2 Automatic 28800bph modified to Rolex 3135 movement.
