JLC master compressor pearl off?

Hi guys.

Just a specific question about these QC pics, is it me or is the pearl coming off?

Not too familiar with JLC, it's my first.

Could you please share your thoughts?

Got a new one for qc. Pearl looks off too though but this is the last one he has.
Which one should I pick or just decline the watch? It would bother me if I had a crooked triangle.

This one is very very slightly off, almost nothing - probably less than a tenth of a millimetre in realty - pick this one - don't forget the watch is magnified in the pic, doubtful that you'll actually be able to see that on your wrist.

Just asked for a close up of the triangle and he said he'd change the watch. Let's see what he'll come up with.

Got a new one again.. Can't seem to judge the pearl based on this photo. What do you think? Requested more photos.

My god man take it. It looks great and as Tripdog pointed out you will NOT be able to tell when it's on your wrist.

Just accept it. No pearls on this model are perfect but you will never notice in person.

I have a NSD and see no reason to reject that watch from the QC pics. The triangle and pearl look fine to me - every bit as good as mine... which I love. I'd recommend moving forward... enjoy that great watch!

Looks as if my bezel has paint on it rather than engravings like yours. Will post pics once I get it!

Hard to tell from the QC pictures, but in the close-up version the marks appear to be recessed. The lighting in my picture makes the bezel recesses look much deeper than they do in person. I bet yours will be just fine. Looking forward to the pics once it arrives.


I also just noticed that my earlier triangle picture was a bit washed out by the flat light, so here's another closeup (the best I can do with my phone) to give you a little better idea of what it would look like under a loupe. Remember that the reality is that you will really be looking at it from a distance - and even with my reading glasses, the triangle appears spot on in the real world.
