JF AP Diver V7

Just received my JF Diver today. Except for the fact that it arrived missing a caseback screw (wasn't missing in the QC pictures), it's an amazing looking rep. Fit and finish is great, so I won't beat a dead horse there. My only gripe is that part of the buckle and caseback appear to be just raw steel. Weird to me that AP would leave part of a watch looking so...unfinished. That doesn't take away from the beauty of the thing at all, though.

As far as my noob conception of minimal flaw super reps go, this is one of them. Other noobs stalking the forums looking for AP super reps, this is one you can buy with confidence. On to the pics!

And now...to lust over the JF 15400.

Meh. Won't make a big deal of it. Dealer is usually pretty good. Hopefully doesn't take too long to get the screw replaced.

Check inside the package you recieved that watch. Those screws can get unscrewed if the package was being thrown around.

Also keep an eye on screws holding rubber strap. They can get loosen when wearing the watch. Gen AP watches have same problem.

I say get the SS bracelet for it, I regret not doing that now. Might sell my TC Sub (over the wow factor already lol) and buy a 116610 and an RO 15400 (instead of spending $200 on a JF bracelet for the diver). So many choices! [emoji30]

As to the screw, already sorted. Told me to give them a few days to source one, and I don't expect it to come via super quick EMS, so I'll be another month or so without it. I plan on wearing it sparingly without the screw. Hopefully nothing happens.

Right?? The only brand I have two of is Omega.. I sold my sub once I got my no date.. Figured one of each is the best way to have all the basis covered! Just need the room.. [emoji848]

Which 2 Omegas did you get? I want the Speedmaster, but all the reps suck (or so the Omega board says). I think I will have multiple APs though. These things are gorgeous. Can't say it enough.

Thanks for the advice. Will do immediately. And you're right lol. I'm pretty sure I'll end up with the 15400 and a Panda before the year's done. This thing of ours is so addictive it should be classified as a disease in the DSM lol.

Thanks for the advice mate. Like I said above, I regretted not getting the diver on bracelet for more formal events, but who am I kidding thinking I'll wear it with suits when it's clearly a leisure piece lol.

The JF 15400 on bracelet is amazing from what I've seen. Blue? Or white? [emoji848] (so many decisions....)
