Please guys noone knows anything about a v2.2 version only because some pictures look a little "bit" sharper doesn't mean they updated anything. Maybe it was just an mistake dial.

Right, I can't see any difference either. Lighting conditions change appearance of the dial

Nothings confirmed... but this dial looks different I've studied my watch.. taken pics in all different kind of lights since I received it a few months ago and it's not looked like this.. that's why it caught my eye in the first place . I had to look twice it just looked more gen like than my v2... and noticed the dial. Look closely I don't think it's the light. From what I can see I think the squares are not as rounded off as before and the grooves in between each square slightly deeper so the squares seem more raised if you get what I'm saying. It's very subtle but it's there...

When i look at the gen i notice the grid grooves that make up the squares as a whole, which creates that waffle effect..
when i look at the v2 rep i juts see squares and ignore the space in between as its too shallow which is why people said it looked pimpley

i feel the supposedly updated dial addresses this and has a more pronounced grooves rather than individual squares poking out at me..

Anyway time will tell guys..... this i just my observation may be nothing

I think this is V2.2
But the logo issue is more important at this stage

I will order this dial, talk about timing (i waited this long ordered and they released this)

I asked one of the best TDs here if there is any update like v2.1 or v2.2, and I sent him some photos.
He asked the factory and here is their reply
`it is still same`

^ factory ALWAYS says "it's still the same".

Factory wouldn't even acknowledge the v2 update (let alone the 2.1 or 2.2).

The assembly factory (JF) buys parts (dials, hands , mid-case etc) from various different sub-suppliers and assembles them together.

If the sub-supplier updates a very slight detail on the dial (eg. Changes font spacing by 0.2mm), then I wonder if factory bosses will notice/care/acknowledge as "update". Although, us members WILL notice.

Ps. I'm not saying there is or is not an updated dial.

What mech500 says above is correct. BTW, I recently noticed a difference between Bumblebee tachys: some are more canary yellow, some are more neon yellow.

Do you have examples of these? When I hear neon I think of highlighter yellow, and I dont recall seeing the gen that bright.

15400 JF is still in V1 as of now right? Searched at random chinese sites/forums for news like no news of V2 or so yet...

It's a very interesting comparison, but the replica is jf v1, not v2
