Yeah we all waiting for Zorro 's tachy. Then I am done.
Been a nightmare and brain killer to pull off this project.
It was just a personal challenge...the Gps and Schumacher
Are a collection to behold...

Actually, guys like you are admirable.. you know how to mod your own watches. The dial itself is a piece of work, and you must have spent a lot of time to get it right. The color looks very good, and honestly, the gen dial color changes in different lighting as well, so it is hard to capture the "true" color. All I can say is that the gen red is metallic, deep and anodized. You seem to have gotten it very close.

Did you modify the platinum blue dial in any way?

Mine is awaiting Zorro's tach ring and a re-blast of the chrono-pusher-guards. It is an insane undertaking to mod this particular ROO--least fun I ever had with a watch.

Wow looks amazing! I only hope the JF version is somewhat close to yours as I know how much work you guys put into it and I'm sure the JF will have many flaws... I heard its after CNY now also???

Now I'm not even worried whether the JF GP will be great or not. I think we'll hold on to our red dial and just mix and match whatever the best parts together.

If j12 can deliver a good fc case but disappoint on the tachy and dial, big question is will Zorro parts drop in place?
We got so many talented people here someone will figure it

Yeap both were re coated with adonised paint.
Trust me . it has been a nightmare on research and
Trials. Better off leaving to Zorro...
I am not even going to think. About modling another
Piece after this...
The Metalic adonised will give different shine on
Different angles but It is truly awesome in real life..

Hi Zoro, I'm just wondering about the gap between case and end links. I have tried to redrill the holes a couple times, but the strap and case are not align.

This looks weird indeed ... almost like the endlinks are mounted upside-down (not possibel without milling the endlinks anyway)... normally the endlinks sit flush with the case as they are shaped to fit without any play. At this watch it looks like the endlinks were also shaped/filed to give room to move and allow the strap-holes and endlink-holes to line up.

Maybe best way to order some new plots if dealers are willing to source.
